Standard delivery time for all orders is 10 to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment.

We currently deliver to:
- Free Delivery: East Delhi, New Ashok Nagar, and surrounding areas
- Pan India: All major cities (shipping charges may apply)
5. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive:
- Order confirmation email with Order ID
- Payment receipt
- Shipping confirmation when dispatched
- Delivery confirmation upon arrival
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damaged package/product
- We will arrange replacement or full refund
